Vision, Sustainability Plan & Community Overview

 We are currently working with our Town to obtain approval for an amendment to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) that would allow us to offer our facility for private event rentals.

The purpose of these events is to generate revenue to support the mission of Welcome Pastures, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the care, rehabilitation, and long-term well-being of retired Thoroughbreds. 

All proceeds generated from facility rentals will directly benefit the nonprofit and help ensure the sustainability of our sanctuary and programs.

We are committed to preserving the rural and agricultural character of the property while operating responsibly and respectfully within our community.
